Creating delicacies and offering them to people was the starting point on my culinary journey.

I remember my teacher whispering to me: “Cooking is conversing with God”. So, I learned to see cooking as a form of art, not only a profession.

By cooking on various kitchens around the world and getting acquainted with new cultures, I found my passion in creating authentic gastronomic experiences.

Throughout the years I developed such love and skill for this art that I could only assume that cooking is my way of communicating with the world.

New ideas and techniques meet Greek gastronomic traditions in a conversation that engages people and defines my own culinary identity.

A conversation that is based on simplicity: clean produce, respect for the recipes and continuous communication with Greek traditions. A conversation that I hope clearly defines and communicates my gastronomic signature.


Influenced by Greek Mediterranean, Indian and Tibetan flavors, George Triantafyllou has created a menu that takes you on a journey around Greece, through simplicity, earthy flavors and the Mediterranean diet.

Staple ingredients from the Greek land, like tomato, oregano, garlic, basil, lemon, onion, olive oil take center stage in dishes of modern gastronomy.
